7 new Poplar Oaks lawsuits in Pennsylvania in February

Poplar Oaks, the producer of “A Certain Justice” a/k/a “Puncture Wounds”, continues to file lawsuits in Pennsylvania against alleged illegal downloaders.

Seven new cases were docketed in Feruary. Seven previous cases had been filed in December.

November’s Pennsylvania Malibu Media case update

Malibu Media resumed their monthly filing of copyright cases in Pennsylvania in November. The infamous adult entertainment purveyor filed thirteen new cases in the Keystone State bringing their all-time Pennsylvania total to 380. This makes a grand total of 3107 federal lawsuits filed in the last three years by one Plaintiff.
