Six new Malibu Media lawsuits hit D.C. in March

March 29, 2015 · Leonard J. French, Esq.

Malibu Media, the infamous copyright Plaintiff, filed six new lawsuits in the District of Columbia this week. While filings in the District have been light, the six suits mean the Plaintiff is watching. Defendants can expect to receive notices of subpoenas to their ISPs within the next few weeks, depending on the judge handling each case. If you have received a notice in one of these cases, please don’t hesitate to call. I have represented hundreds of defendants against Malibu, including at their very first trial, and know the players and scenarios involved. I can help you achieve the best outcome possible.
