Plastic Movie lawsuits begin in Florida and Pennsylvania

Plastic the Movie v. John Doe[/caption] UPDATED to include most recent Pennsylvania filings. ORIGINAL: At least 50 new copyright lawsuits by a new Plaintiff in the bittorrent arena were filed by  "Plastic the Movie" in Florida and Pennsylvania on Friday. The cases each allege a single infringement: a British action flick receiving a whopping 32/100 on metacritic.com (I swear there's a pattern here). The 40 cases in Florida and 10 filed in Pennsylvania leave little doubt that this is the beginning of a wave of filing for our new UK-based Plaintiff.
