Rotten Records lawsuit update in NY, NJ, PA - Rightscorp lawsuits begin

It appears that copyright defender-turned-plaintiff's-attorney Jordan Rushie has begun filing and is pursuing Rightcorp-originating lawsuits in NY, NJ, PA, and Mass. The plaintiff is Rotten Records, a music label for metal and hardcore bands. The lawsuits will very likely follow the pattern of the Malibu Media lawsuits, since that's where Atty Rushie wet his feet. Subscribers’ names and addresses will be subpoenaed, and likely have been already.
