The world’s largest copyright troll, Strike 3 Holdings, LLC, has filed an astonishing 1191 new cases since the end of May — 8 of which are lodged in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Tennessee.
Strike 3 is one of the only copyright plaintiffs to file lawsuits en-masse against alleged online file-sharing. They forego the sending of warning letters or takedown notices, preferring instead to wait for potential defendants to accumulate a minimum of 24 downloads or claims before Strike 3 files a lawsuit.
I have found myself at the cutting-edge of copyright litigation, having represented over 1,500 defendants and consulted with thousands more. I recently defended an innocent Strike 3 victim together with Curt Edmonson and Stephanie Reed-Traband – a case which ended favorably on the eve of a jury trial.
We are the only attorneys to ever take a Strike 3 defense that far.
I have developed effective strategies for dealing with Strike 3 lawsuits in the best ways possible. If you or someone you know has received a notice from their ISP about a Strike 3 subpoena or lawsuit, please contact me. I can help you understand what’s happening and how to limit the damage as much as possible.
I can be reached directly at 610-466-5644 by voice or text. My email address is ljfrench@torrentdefense.com. Contact me any time, day or night, and I’ll do my best to answer or get back to you promptly.
Thank you for your time. I look forward to hearing from you.
— Leonard French, Esq.
